Lisa Gray is the founder of FLUX Exhibition and The Flux Review — two interconnected platforms that together have become essential destinations for discovering and celebrating contemporary art. With a background in finance and over two decades of experience across the arts, Lisa brings a rare combination of strategic acumen and genuine curatorial passion to everything she does.

FLUX Exhibition — Now in its 13th Year

FLUX Exhibition has established itself as one of London's most inclusive and celebrated platforms for contemporary artists. Now in its 13th year, FLUX 2026 will bring together 80 artists across a four-day immersive event at a prestigious venue on Marylebone Road, London — 3–6 September 2026. The exhibition champions artists at pivotal career moments, offering not just a physical space but a full platform: private view, magazine profile, social media promotion, website interview, art placement access, and professional installation.

Free to enter, FLUX welcomes all artists regardless of training background — a philosophy that aligns directly with the values of the Women in Art Prize. The exhibition celebrates artists on the precipice of wider accolade, and Lisa's instinct for spotting that potential is precisely what she brings to our judging panel.

The Flux Review

Alongside the exhibition, Lisa founded The Flux Review — a collectible art and culture magazine that extends the curatorial dialogue beyond gallery walls. Combining contemporary art, travel, design, and lifestyle content, the publication features in-depth artist interviews, immersive cultural features, and contributions from award-winning writers, curators, and designers. Available in print and digital formats with international distribution through bookstores and direct channels, The Flux Review reaches collectors, creatives, and culturally curious readers worldwide.

We are thrilled to have Lisa's entrepreneurial spirit, her eye for emerging talent, and her commitment to accessible, inclusive platforms as a guiding force on the Women in Art Prize 2026 judging panel.
