Anne Moses

A Touch Remembered

Anne Moses is a full-time professional artist living and working in a small coastal town in England, holding a BA Honours Degree in Fine Art specialising in Painting from the University of Manchester. She supported her studio practice by lecturing in Art & Design until 2014, then turned to full-time practice exhibiting nationally and internationally. She has extensively researched the Old Master technique of working with oil glazes, building layer on layer of transparent colour allowing the white ground to show through, with her main themes being close-up observation of skin, facial features and texture.
